Committed to a sustainable approach, the Tourist Office highlights and encourages responsible initiatives by local merchants, accommodation providers, and restaurateurs, as well as events and activities.
Le Romarin – Restaurant
Opened in the spring of 2022, Le Romarin invites you to discover contemporary, Mediterranean-inspired home cooking prepared using fresh, raw ingredients. The chef places great importance on ingredient quality, notably featuring 100% French beef selected for its premium standard through a close partnership with Boucherie Stéphane, an artisan butcher in Cagnes-sur-Mer. It is a commitment to authenticity, freshness, and local terroir.
Notes de Cuisine – Cooking Classes
Laurence from Notes de Cuisine champions Niçois cuisine by using local, seasonal products from the region. Her approach prioritizes short supply chains and respect for natural rhythms. This method aligns with environmental goals by minimizing the impact associated with production and transport—resulting in authentic, responsible cuisine deeply rooted in the local area.
Les Pinèdes – Sites & Paysages Campsite
As a member of the Sites et Paysages network, the Les Pinèdes campsite is part of a group of around forty independent campsites united by a shared passion for nature, the environment, and hospitality. While each establishment in the network boasts its own unique personality, history, and atmosphere, they all share a commitment to providing authentic, welcoming stays that respect nature.
We invite you to discover the world of Sites et Paysages, the diversity of its campsites, and their values on the official website.
Because we are all everyday superheroes, our Responsible Camper Charter guides campsites in adopting simple habits that respect nature and others. It embodies a shared commitment to preserving the environment and enjoying holidays that are harmonious, sociable, and sustainable. View the responsible camper code of conduct here
L’Abeille Savonneuse – Artisanal soap-making & family beekeeping
L’Abeille Savonneuse is a family story driven by a love of nature, a passion for bees, and a desire to create products that are truly good for the body. The workshop produces 100% organic natural soaps and cosmetics, overseeing the entire process from hive to finished product.
As passionate beekeepers, a father-and-son team tend to their bees and harvest exceptional honey from pristine wild environments in the heart of the regional nature parks of the Alpes-Maritimes and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. The honey is cold-extracted and packaged in their family honey house, ensuring outstanding quality and total respect for the product.
