In creating Pâte Fine, Kévin and his brother chose to place the product, sharing, and conviviality at the heart of a culinary experience that reflects who they are.
Drawing on years of expertise in the events industry with L’Atelier de la Socca, they sought to extend this journey by opening a restaurant deeply rooted in the local area, right in the heart of the village of La Colle-sur-Loup.
Pâte Fine embodies their desire to create a warm, accessible space—true to Niçois tradition—where people can enjoy good food in a simple, unpretentious setting.
